A.L.P.H.A. FINANCE is boutique restructuing advisory. It was founded by two restructuring specialists – dr. Aleš Berk Skok, CAIA, FRM and mag. Sergej Murgelj, after they have both gathered extensive experience in shaping financial and operational restructuring deals, and implementing agreed restructuring measures.

A.L.P.H.A. FINANCE runs business according to slim and efficient project-based organization. Aleš and Sergej are both managing partners, shaping teams for each given assignment to best fit the needs of the particular restructuring case. Our implementation teams always include experienced executives from the particular industry.

Typically, we are the bridge among creditors and debtors. We build on: first, establishing and improving mutual trust of all the stakeholders in the restructuring case, second, cash flow sustainability, third, we try to minimize the time frame required to conduct the needed task, and importantly – fourth, on variable remuneration based on our performance.
